To have a thorough understanding of the brand LOMOGRAPHY. Analyses of its history, mission, vision, product portfolio, marketing plan, promotion and distribution channel were done. Taking all the existing market and relevant factors into account, including competitors, suppliers, technology, resource and purchasing behaviour of the consumers.

Potential opportunities can be extracted from the imformation collected and put into Value Chain, searching for its strength and weakness then utilize its strong resource to come up with valuable plan.
